Students will complete a simulation where they will create and staff their own food truck. This will get them familiar with vocabulary and other concepts which will be applied throughout the remainder of the 9 weeks. The students will then work on completing a business plan for a restaurant. Throughout the creation of the restaurant, they will make decisions on menu items, costs, atmosphere, advertising and web site design. Students will use google docs along with Microsoft Office Tools to help them complete the assigned projects.
