We will be using the Journeys Reading Series which is aligned to the PA Common Core Standards. Each week students will be presented the information on Day 1 and assessments will be given on Day 6. Students will be covering a variety reading and grammar skills. They will also be responsible for weekly spelling tests. Throughout the year, students will be using the writing process to write their own narrative, opinion, and informative writing prompts.
