As my role of licensed professional counselor for Freeport Area School District, I provide individual and small group services to students across the district needing additional mental health support. I am able to offer individual therapy sessions with students with the focus on creating an individual treatment plan developed to address the student's needs. I am certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I also assist in small groups provided to students with common goals and therapeutic needs.
