Mr. Walker has 5 years of school district administrative experience, which includes 4 years as the Business Manager and Human Resources Director with the Leechburg Area School District and 1 year as the Business Manager for both A.W. Beattie and Lenape Tech in a shared service agreement.   He has earned the designation of Pennsylvania Certified School Business Administrator (PCSBA) through the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO).  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
