Larry P. Robb, Jr., currently serves as the Program Director and has been part of the district since the spring of 2010.  Prior to coming to Freeport, he served as Superintendent of Schools, Assistant Superintendent for K-12 Education, Coordinator of 7-12 Curriculum, K-12 Mathematics Coordinator, High School Principal, Assistant Principal and math teacher.  Mr. Robb completed his undergraduate work at Clarion University of Pennsylvania and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and his graduate study at St. Francis College.
