The Freeport High School Robotics course is a required, nine week course for 9th grade students.  Using the Robomatter curriculum, students will work at their own pace to learn about robot configuration, basic movements, sensors and program flow.

Grades will be based upon online quizzes that are available on Mr. Dempster's Schoology site, and student demonstrations of completed programming and challenges.

Classroom policies:  students are to use the same robots and computers daily. Students are to report any damaged computer or robot immediately to the teacher. 
With teacher permission, cell phones maybe used to access information on the internet but not to text or access social media sites.  All phones will be stored in the teacher provided area unless access to them is granted.
