Freeport Area recognized as “Best Community for Music Education”
The Freeport Area School District has been recognized as a 2024 Best Community for Music Education! This is the 9th year in a row that our district and community has received this award. With over 16,000 school districts in the United States, we are honored to be a part of the under 4% of school districts to receive this recognition!
Awarded by the NAMM Foundation, this program is in its 25th year and recognizes school district communities around the country for their commitment and support of music education in their schools.
