Freeport Area School District will host its Summer Musical Theater Workshop for students entering Grade 3 through Grade 9, at the Freeport Area Middle School, June 19-23 (Monday-Friday) from 8:45 am to 12:30 pm each day, with a public performance at noon on Friday, June 23. 

The workshop will introduce participants to all aspects of a musical theater production, including acting, singing, choreography, costuming, and stagecraft.  Students will have the opportunity to participate in various classes which will ultimately coalesce into a spectacular musical production open to the public on the final day of the workshop.

The workshop will be taught by Freeport Area's high school musical staff, with the assistance of our fabulous high school students who have performed in productions of their own.
