ENERGIZE! is a free program provided by the Kittanning YMCA (1150 N Water Street, Kittanning) for children aged 12 to 18 identified with a body mass index (BMI) above the 85th percentile. During the program, Y staff will teach parents and youth how to make healthy lifestyle changes for the entire family through education about nutrition, physical fitness, and behavior change.
