SKI & SNOWBOARD CLUB 2024
We are planning two trips to Hidden Valley this year. The trips are tentatively scheduled for two Fridays: Jan. 19th & February 2nd, with one backup date of February 9th. The trips are Friday evenings after school. The bus leaves at approx. 2:15 pm and returns around 11:00 pm. Transportation from the middle school to your home is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Trip registrations will be handled digitally through the FAMS website for each trip. There will be a link that will appear below for each trip. The trip will sell out after 72 students have signed up.

Field Trip Consent Form - This needs to be filled out for all students for each trip
Hidden Valley Safety Waiver Form - This only needs to be submitted for students who are renting or taking a lesson. It must be physically signed.

*Students will not be registered until the form is completed digitally, a Field Trip Consent form and all monies are submitted to Mr. Cartiff
