INTERIM Real Estate Tax
Interim Taxes are levied on local taxable property for the increase in assessed valuations as a result of new construction or improvements and apply to the additional assessed value that was not originally billed or included on the initial real estate tax notice for the school year. Interim real estate taxes are charged for the remaining portion of the fiscal year and are calculated from the date of the increase until the end of the School District fiscal year (July 1 - June 30)
